Modified Ford Sierra 7.5" Viscous LSD with output shafts (930 type Lobro 94mm pcd type)
Differential housing machined to install sprocket on left hand face of flange
(2) Aluminium Alloy Bearing Carriers with oil seals
(2) Sealed Roller Bearings
Aluminium Alloy Oil/grease Can
Aluminium Alloy Sprocket (Choice of size up to 530 pitch, 51 tooth)
[52 to 60 tooth sprocket £5 extra]

This limited slip differential is ideal for use on mid engined racing cars, kit cars, quads, trikes or buggies which use chain drive bike engines.
The differential is a Ford Sierra (Cosworth 2WD) 7.5" viscous type lsd and comes complete with output shafts to suit 930 type (108mm OD) 'lobro' 94mm pcd type CV couplings.
The 7.5" Sierra differential is 0.5" wider overall compared to the 7" and is about 1.6Kg heavier as it uses even stronger side gears and planet gears.
The kit utilises side mounted bearing carriers which allow for easy chain tensioning by sliding the carriers fore-and-aft on slotted holes in the chassis.
The differential is designed to mount between longitudinal chassis rails or in our
pivot or sliding differential carriers.
Shims are supplied to allow positioning of the rear sprocket with the gearbox sprocket.
Alternative mounting arrangements can be custom made (at extra cost).

We can supply any of the above parts individually and we can modify your own Sierra 7.5" LSD to accept the sealed bearings and oil can.
We can also supply a chain drive version of the "open" Sierra differential if you do not need an lsd.
