Aluminium 7075-T6 Alloy Sprockets To suit chain drive differentials
We can supply custom aluminium alloy sprockets to suit our chain drive differentials and other custom applications.
We can supply sprockets in 420, 520, 525, 530, 532 and 630 sizes.
The most common sprocket/chain size for our Chain Drive Differentials is the 530 pitch size.
We can supply these sprockets with any number of teeth from 29 to 60 (in 530 size).
Note: Generally the smallest practical size to fit to our differentials is a 39 tooth.

For custom size sprockets we need to know the following:
Chain size (Pitch)
Number of teeth
Mounting spigot diameter (centre hole size)
Pitch Circle Diameter of mounting bolt holes
Number and spacing of mounting bolt holes
Diameter of mounting bolt holes
Sprockets can be supplied as solid or fully lightened.
If you require to split your sprockets for quick ratio changes it is advised that you order solid sprockets.
To ensure good alignment and location it is strongly recommended that the centre bore of the sprocket is a tight fit on the mounting spigot.
(Sometimes sprockets are supplied with a centre bore slightly undersize, if so the diameter can be relieved to achieve the close fit required)
